شوب فايف للتجارة ذ.م.م (Shop Five Trading L.L.C)، سجل تجاري رقم 156821، ومقرها: وحدة رقم 3، الطابق الأرضي، مبنى رقم 2، شارع رقم 750، منطقة 71، أم صلال محمد، الدوحة، قطر. نُشغّل المتجر الإلكتروني www.shop5.qa وتطبيق «شوب فايف» للهواتف، إضافة إلى ثلاثة فروع (أم صلال محمد، الثمامة، الريان). تشرح هذه السياسة كيف نجمع بياناتك الشخصية ونستخدمها ونحميها عند استخدامك موقعنا أو تطبيقنا أو التسوق من فروعنا بحساباتك وطلباتك.

البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب والتواصل: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، عناوين التوصيل — عبر حسابات العملاء في منصة Shopify.
- بيانات الطلبات والدفع: محتويات الطلب والمبالغ (بالريال القطري) وتفاصيل التوصيل. عمليات الدفع بالبطاقة تُعالج لدى مزود الدفع Tap Payments داخل صفحة الدفع الخاصة بـ Shopify — نحن لا نستلم أرقام البطاقات الكاملة ولا نخزّنها.
- بيانات الجهاز والمعرّفات: نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل واللغة ورمز الإشعارات، وفي التطبيق — بعد موافقتك فقط — معرّفات القياس الإعلاني: معرّف AppsFlyer، المعرّف الإعلاني لأندرويد أو معرّف IDFA في آيفون (بعد إذن تتبع التطبيقات ATT)، معرّف مثيل التطبيق من Firebase، ومرجع عميل مشفّر (لا يمكن قراءته).
- بيانات الاستخدام والتحليلات: الصفحات والمنتجات التي تشاهدها، إضافة المنتجات للسلة وبدء إتمام الشراء، عمليات البحث، لغة التطبيق، حالة الإشعارات، الموقع التقريبي (الدولة/المدينة من عنوان الإنترنت)، وبيانات الأعطال والتشخيص.

كيف نستخدم بياناتك
لتشغيل المتجر والتطبيق، وتنفيذ الطلبات وتوصيلها، وخدمة العملاء، وتحسين تجربتك، وقياس أداء حملاتنا التسويقية، وإرسال الإشعارات التي وافقت عليها، والالتزام بالمتطلبات القانونية.

التحليلات والإعلانات
- الموقع الإلكتروني (www.shop5.qa): نستخدم تحليلات منصة Shopify، وأدوات Google Tag Manager و Google Analytics 4، وبكسلات إعلانية من Meta (فيسبوك/إنستغرام) و TikTok و Snapchat — لقياس الزيارات والمبيعات وأداء الإعلانات. يمكنك التحكم بملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز) من إعدادات المتصفح.
- تطبيق الهاتف: التحليلات والقياس الإعلاني متوقفة تماماً افتراضياً، ولا تبدأ إلا بعد موافقتك عبر شاشة الموافقة داخل التطبيق. بعد الموافقة نستخدم: AppsFlyer (قياس مصدر التثبيت والأحداث، ويشارك إشارات القياس مع المنصات الإعلانية التي نتعامل معها: Meta و TikTok و Snapchat و Google Ads)، و Google Analytics 4 (Firebase). في أجهزة آيفون نطلب إضافةً إذن «الشفافية في تتبع التطبيقات» (ATT) قبل استخدام أي معرّف تتبع بين التطبيقات. أحداث الشراء والاسترجاع تُرسل من خوادم نظام الطلبات لدينا وليس من التطبيق. أحداث التحليلات لا تحتوي أبداً اسمك أو بريدك أو رقم هاتفك — فقط معرّفات تقنية أو مشفّرة. يمكنك سحب موافقتك في أي وقت من إعدادات التطبيق فيتوقف الجمع فوراً.
- مراقبة الأعطال: Sentry. توصيل الإشعارات: Expo و Firebase Cloud Messaging. التخزين الآمن لبيانات الطلبات والأجهزة: خوادمنا الخلفية (Vercel و Supabase).

ما لا نفعله
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة خارج مزودي الخدمة والشركاء المذكورين أعلاه إلا إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.

ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز)
يستخدم موقعنا الكوكيز وتقنيات مشابهة لتشغيل السلة وتسجيل الدخول وقياس الأداء والإعلانات. يمكنك حذفها أو منعها من إعدادات المتصفح، مع العلم أن بعض وظائف الموقع قد تتأثر.

حقوقك (قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية القطري رقم 13 لسنة 2016)
لك الحق في الاطلاع على بياناتك، وتصحيحها، وحذفها، وسحب موافقتك، والاعتراض على التسويق المباشر. راسلنا على info@shop5.qa وسنستجيب لطلبك وفق أحكام القانون، ولك اللجوء إلى الجهة المختصة بحماية البيانات في دولة قطر.

حذف الحساب وبياناته
يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناته المرتبطة به بطريقتين:
1. من داخل التطبيق: حسابي ← حذف الحساب.
2. عبر الويب: أرسل طلب حذف إلى info@shop5.qa من بريدك المسجّل، وسننفّذ الحذف ونؤكده لك.
عند الحذف تُزال بيانات حسابك وملفك الشخصي، مع احتفاظنا بسجلات الطلبات والفواتير للمدة التي يوجبها القانون القطري.

مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك ما دام حسابك نشطاً، وبسجلات الطلبات والفواتير للمدد النظامية في قطر، وتخضع بيانات التحليلات لمدد الاحتفاظ لدى المنصات المذكورة. وتُحذف البيانات عند طلبك وفق فقرة «حذف الحساب وبياناته».

نقل البيانات خارج قطر
بعض مزودي الخدمة لدينا (مثل Shopify و Google و AppsFlyer و Meta و TikTok و Snap و Sentry و Vercel و Supabase) يعالجون البيانات في مراكز خارج قطر، ونعتمد على ضماناتهم التعاقدية والتقنية لحماية بياناتك بما يتوافق مع القانون.

القاصرون
متجرنا موجّه للبالغين (18 سنة فأكثر). لا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من هم دون ذلك دون موافقة ولي الأمر، وإذا وصلتنا بيانات كهذه فسنحذفها — راسلنا على info@shop5.qa.

زوّار من دول أخرى
إذا كان قانون بلدك (مثل اللائحة الأوروبية GDPR أو قانون كاليفورنيا CCPA) يمنحك حقوقاً إضافية، يمكنك ممارستها عبر وسائل التواصل نفسها. نحن لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية بالمعنى الوارد في تلك القوانين.

التعديلات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وننشر النسخة الجديدة في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ آخر تحديث.

Who we are
Shop Five Trading L.L.C (شوب فايف للتجارة ذ.م.م), Commercial Registration No. 156821, located at Unit No. 3, G Floor, Building No. 2, Street No. 750, Zone 71, Umm Salal Mohammed, Doha, Qatar. We operate the online store www.shop5.qa, the Shop Five mobile app, and three physical branches (Umm Salal Mohammed, Al Thumama, Al Rayyan). This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use our website or app, or shop at our branches using your account and orders.

Data we collect
- Account and contact data: name, email, phone number, delivery addresses — via customer accounts on the Shopify platform.
- Order and payment data: order contents, amounts (QAR) and delivery details. Card payments are processed by Tap Payments inside Shopify checkout — we never receive or store full card numbers.
- Device data and identifiers: device type, operating system, language and push token; and in the app — only after your consent — advertising/measurement identifiers: the AppsFlyer ID, the Android advertising ID or Apple IDFA (iOS, only after the App Tracking Transparency permission), the Firebase app-instance ID, and a hashed (unreadable) customer reference.
- Usage and analytics data: pages and products viewed, add-to-cart and checkout starts, searches, app language, notification opt-in state, approximate location (country/city from IP address), and crash/diagnostics data.

How we use your data
To run the store and the app, fulfil and deliver orders, provide customer support, improve your experience, measure our marketing performance, send notifications you opted into, and meet legal obligations.

Analytics and advertising
- Website (www.shop5.qa): we use Shopify platform analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, and advertising pixels from Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok and Snapchat — to measure visits, sales and ad performance. You can control cookies from your browser settings.
- Mobile app: analytics and ad measurement are fully OFF by default and start only after you accept the in-app consent screen. With your consent we use: AppsFlyer (install/event attribution; it shares measurement signals with the ad platforms we work with: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Ads) and Google Analytics 4 (Firebase). On iOS we additionally request the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission before any cross-app identifier is used. Purchase and refund events are reported from our order system's servers, not from the app. Analytics events never contain your name, email or phone number — only technical or hashed identifiers. You can withdraw consent at any time in the app settings and collection stops immediately.
- Crash monitoring: Sentry. Push delivery: Expo and Firebase Cloud Messaging. Secure backend storage for orders and devices: our backend services (Vercel and Supabase).

What we do NOT do
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the service providers and partners listed above unless the law requires it.

Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to run the cart and sign-in, and to measure performance and advertising. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; some site features may be affected.

Your rights (Qatar Personal Data Privacy Protection Law No. 13 of 2016)
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, withdraw your consent, and object to direct marketing. Contact us at info@shop5.qa and we will respond in accordance with the law. You may also refer to the competent data-protection authority in Qatar.

Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account and its associated data in two ways:
1. In the app: Account → Delete account. The link is at the bottom of the Account tab, just below Sign out.
2. Via the web: email a deletion request to info@shop5.qa from your registered address; we will delete and confirm.
Upon deletion, your account and profile data are removed; order and invoice records are retained for the period required by Qatari law.

Data retention
We keep account data while your account is active, order and invoice records for the statutory periods in Qatar, and analytics data per the retention windows of the platforms listed above. Data is deleted on request as described in "Deleting your account and data".

International data transfers
Some of our service providers (such as Shopify, Google, AppsFlyer, Meta, TikTok, Snap, Sentry, Vercel and Supabase) process data in centers outside Qatar. We rely on their contractual and technical safeguards to protect your data in line with the law.

Minors
Our store is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger without guardian consent; if such data reaches us we will delete it — contact info@shop5.qa.

Visitors from other jurisdictions
If your local law (such as the EU GDPR or the California CCPA) grants you additional rights, you can exercise them through the same contact details. We do not sell personal data within the meaning of those laws.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
